PolyAmorous DBT Skills Group

Radical Love, Radical Acceptance

Are you navigating polyamorous relationships and seeking skills to enhance communication and emotional regulation, so you and your polycule can thrive? This 24-week DBT skills group is designed for you.

Requirements to join the group

We require all group members to have an individual therapist.

We do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. If you would like to check with your insurance company about their coverage, the billing code for the group is 90853.

The rate is $100 per person, per weekly group meeting.  We offer a limited number of sliding scale fee spots if the cost of the group is a burden. The group has open enrollment, which means you can schedule a group orientation intake session ($190 one-time fee or sliding scale if needed) and then join group.

The full curriculum runs 24 weeks, and we require a commitment to attend for the 24 weeks. Each group is 90 minutes long consisting of mindfulness practice, reviewing weekly homework, and learning the new skills for the week.

Participants will need to purchase the DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets, Second Edition (Paperback) by Linehan, Marsha M., PhD, ABPP.
